Summary
Like most tenant representation deals this particular company was at the end of their current lease term and needed to make a decision. They had outgrown their space and could not afford another term without more square feet. After weighing both lease and sale options we identified a site that would work well for their use. The landlord offered a very competitive improvement package and combined two suites to fit the tenants needs. Even though the landlord was out of the region we had a clear channel of communication and got the deal done.
