Brokerage Industrial Tenant Representation

A logistics company came to our brokerage division with a plan to purchase a property. After consideration of the market conditions it was clear to us that finding a rightful site would be a challenge. To buy time while they looked for land to eventually build we identified a off-market industrial site that would fit their needs. The building was just turning over from a previous tenant and due to our deep network we had already had a rapport with this owner. We quickly solidified the deal and got a lease together in time for the tenant to vacate his previous space. We are currently under contract with a land site the user will be building on.
