Thresh Industrial Acquisition

Thresh acquired this property from an off market owner who had done little to the site since his purchase. The property was in need of a complete overhaul and clear out. After a six month renovation we had replaced windows, lighting, added an additional grade level roll up door, cleared out trailer loads of debre, completely revamped the office area, and brought this building back to its original glory. We had even utilized our in house woodshop to make mahogany window frames and interior trim (see photo below). The property is now leased to a rightful user.
