Summary

We were able to backfill a vacant stand alone industrial building that had more office space than the market preferred. Roughly 25% of the building was office. The key to efficiently finding a ready, willing and qualified tenant is positioning the property correctly. After bringing the space to market we found a tenant that utilized the entire unit including all of the office. This was a very successful transaction with all the boxes checked.
