Summary

We were able to backfill a vacant stand alone industrial building within a two-month timeline. The key to efficiently finding a ready, willing and qualified tenant is positioning the property correctly. The most important end of this is pricing. We have a extensive database of leases and are able to research them to find the best possible lease-rate for our listings. Once we found the correct rate for this site we got to work. We create markets around a property. Immediately we had interest and after a few weeks of tours had multiple proposals in front of us. We were able to do a proper financial review of all prospects and landed on the right user.
