A landlord came to us to represent the sale of a retail property. This particular property had been through multiple conversions and was currently being used as a residence. Considering the building to be in shell condition it would be tough finding the right user. After aggressive marketing and multiple offers a medical tenant we represented decided to purchase and develop into his practice. It shows that keeping options open and guiding perspective buyers in their vision, there is nothing that is impossible.
